FOCUS & FELINES / APP INFORMATION

A few things
to know.

Terms & app information

Practical information about the app, its virtual rewards, and the limits of its focus features.

Effective date: October 21, 2026

1. Availability and this website

Focus & Felines is an app in development operated by Luke Patterson. The website currently presents a coming-soon preview, not an offer of immediate App Store availability. Release timing, supported devices, and features may change.

This page concerns Focus & Felines and these app pages only. It does not set terms for other Big Oppy projects.

2. App license and artwork

For an App Store release, the end-user license supplied with that release governs use of the app. Apple applies its standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement when a developer does not provide a custom agreement. This informational page does not replace that license or add a separate click-through agreement.

The app’s code, name, artwork, and other content are subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Installing or using the app does not transfer ownership of that content. Use is subject to the applicable app license and rights provided by law.

3. Fish and virtual items

Fish, cats, decorations, keepsakes, supplies and other virtual items are part of the app experience. Fish are earned in the app and can be used for virtual items; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The current app does not sell virtual currency or items for real money.

Balances and virtual items are stored with the local save. They are not a financial account or a promise of real-world value.

4. Focus and device features

Focus features are intended as a personal routine aid. They do not provide medical treatment, professional advice, or a guarantee of productivity or behavior change.

Screen Time shielding of apps and websites, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, Control Center controls and NFC depend on compatible hardware, Apple’s software, and your permissions and settings. System restrictions or interruptions can affect their operation. Do not rely on the app to control access to emergency or safety-critical services.

Only pair NFC tags you own or have permission to write. Pairing can replace tag contents. Keep a way to manage focus through the app and device settings.

Progress cards you share are created from your own save. Share only what you are comfortable with, and respect the rules of wherever you post them.

5. Local saves and updates

The app stores progress locally. It has no in-app cloud sync or account-based restore. Deleting the app, losing a device, or changing devices may result in lost progress. You can export a backup file in Settings → Backup and restore it later; restoring replaces the current save on that device. You are responsible for keeping backup files safe. Apple backups may also help according to your settings, but restoration is not guaranteed.

Features and content may change as the app develops. Read release information before updating and review the privacy policy for data practices.

6. Your rights and help

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable app license and mandatory law govern the rights and remedies available to you.

For app questions, bug reports, or privacy requests, use the support page. You can contact Luke Patterson at luke@bigoppy.com.
